At Shinraisoft, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.
1. Refund Eligibility
Since our products are digital license keys, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You are eligible for a refund if:
- The license key fails to activate and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You received a duplicate or incorrect key.
- The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The key has been successfully activated on a device.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- The activation issue is due to incompatible hardware or incorrect installation.
- The customer changed their mind after receiving the key.
3. Refund Process
- Contact us at support@shinraisoft.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will verify the issue and may attempt to provide a replacement key first.
- If a replacement cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Keys
Before processing a refund, we may offer a replacement key at no additional cost. This ensures you receive a working product as quickly as possible.
